Refund/Cancellation on Training Course

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is placed and the access is provided. We request all customers to read the details of the course, topics covered, feedbacks from previous members & also the "Terms & Conditions". As a customer, you are responsible for taking informed decision based on information available and once course is purchased it is non-refundable & non-transferable.

Refund/Cancellation on Alert Tool Subscription

Alert Tool is subscription based service & there is no partial/full refund available. Your subscription is non-transferable to others & any sharing of user credentials will result in immediate termination of access. We request all customers to read the details about service, type & frequency of recommendations. Time to time we provide various offers & discount which are applicable for new registrations only.

Refund on Duplicate Payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 14 working days after intimation by the customer.

Please note your access is for single user & non-transferrable. In case of sharing of access is detected by our server, your credentials will be blocked and your plan will be terminated.
